This week marks the 4th year anniversary of ConservAqua.
Here is what our CEO Mark Hanlon has to say:
Looking back over the past three years there have been many highlights that shows in the companies progress, this is all down to the efforts of a great team working alongside me.
We have grown at a greater pace than the market anticipated and now showing as a one of the market leaders in Sustainability, tariff corrections, refunds and reduction in water use that derives from our smart meter reading service (Sustainability as a Service) supported with our designated portal, AquaManager.
Our core values remain the guiding principles for everything we do and I would like to emphasize two fundamental beliefs which drive the success of our organisation, customer care and quality of service. ConservAqua is known for its excellent service delivery across the UK, offering a designated Account Manager for each customer. We need to be passionate and paranoid of exceeding our clients expectations, ConservAqua aim to and need to pleasantly surprise them by under promising and over delivering.
Finally to all the staff, I would like to wish you and your families a very blessed and exceptional second half of the year and extend my sincere gratitude for being part of this very inspiring journey. We are way on target for an amazing and very profitable year and I always say when asked, “what’s the secret to your success”, our success is down to ALL the team at CA. – I can’t thank you enough!
