Very happy with ConservAqua
Very happy with ConservAqua. I switched to them as a business customer whose water bills were in a right mess. We had a total of 6 different water suppliers for 20+ locations – all on estimates and all badly invoiced and over charged. I found that switching to ConservAqua was very easy – with all members of staff being very helpful and flexible along the way. We now have 26 locations all on one invoice billed every three months. It’s taken so much admin time off our hands and has made things much easier for our accountant.
I’m very glad I made the switch and would recommend them to anyone.

The service we have received from the management at ConservAqua Limited has been outstanding and we are very happy clients.
We were called about 6 months ago by the director who alerted us to the anomalies in our water bills, and it turns out he was spot on. The director was so sure that we had anomalies in our bills that we didn’t know about, that they arranged for a data logger to be fitted on our water meter and also engaged his technical director to conduct a site survey at the hotel. The survey report confirmed the extent of the leaks at our hotel, as well as outlining that we could be due total potential refunds of £8k and ongoing savings on our water bills of 8k and approximately £8k per year due to the savings on our heating demands at the hotel.
As a side note we have now switched our water supply to ConservAqua as they delivered on all their promises. I would recommend ConservAqua to any other businesses looking for a new water supplier in a heartbeat.

Really helpful customer service. Brand new community building, no idea how to join the water market, no SPID etc., and ConservAqua came to our assistance, and fully sorted us out. Much appreciated help.
Outstanding, Friendly Service
Our Preferred Supplier was taken over by Castle Water. The service we experienced with Castle was abysmal. The accounts weren’t billed correctly, accounts not billed at all, the issues were endless. They were a nightmare.
Thankfully we were put in touch with ConservAqua.
They have been truly amazing in assisting us with our supplies and the Management Team are one of the best. They give an incredible service, and we are so happy we made the move. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, friendly company with an outstanding service.
ConservAqua is an amazing company
ConservAqua is an amazing company which I highly recommend. Our water account was taken over by Castle in April, without our agreement as they had purchased Affinity Water. They wanted to charge us 6 months in advance, but as a small Care Home provider we could not agree to this so requested to leave Castle Water. However, they would not let us leave and eventually put our account with a debt collection company adding all sort of charges. Adam White from ConservAqua held my hand through a complicated complaints process and we eventually changed supplier and had the additional charges removed.
It has been a difficult year for all of us, but we have found a professional, friendly company who certainly have gone that extra mile!
