“Thank you so much for those who recognised my input into improving the market for trading parties and non-household customers over the last 8 years. In representing a number of small retailers since 2017, it has been a challenge to participate in the various RWG sub-groups to provide focused insight of practical issues and to represent the position of smaller retailers, whilst also delivering the day job of operational services directly to customers. I look forward to continued RWG input where possible and appreciate the time and acknowledgement of my market perspective from all other RWG participants.”
