Celebrating Five Years of Success – A Message from ConservAqua

Today marks an incredible milestone: Five years of holding a Water Supply & Sewerage Licence – a
true testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work that each of you brings to ConservAqua
every day. We’ve met, and in many cases exceeded – our goals, and this success would not have
been possible without your continued efforts. Thank you for being such a vital part of our journey.
At the heart of our success is the unique, family-like environment we’ve built together. As
ConservAqua grows, I remain committed to maintaining this close-knit culture. Our fun and
collaborative office atmosphere – now enhanced by the flexibility of hybrid working with a minimum
of three days in the office is clearly paying off in both team spirit and productivity.
It’s been inspiring to witness the longevity and progression within our team, with several recent
promotions and many more to come. As we prepare for further expansion in both clients and staff –
we’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth.
Let’s keep this momentum going. The future is bright, and together we’ll continue to achieve great
things.

Launching “Sustainability as a Service”

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our newest initiative: Sustainability as a Service, along with a
suite of client savings programs already delivering unprecedented value. To date, we’ve helped our
customers save approximately £3 million – a powerful reflection of our innovation and the strength of
our team.
But this launch is about more than new services, it’s a bold commitment to helping clients reduce
their environmental impact while also improving their bottom line. My sincere thanks to everyone
who helped bring this vision to life.

Looking ahead, ConservAqua has earmarked £2 million to support water usage reduction initiatives.
This investment program (SoS), set to roll out this summer, will empower our clients to participate in
meaningful, measurable water-saving projects.
Let’s make this launch a resounding success and continue leading the way in sustainable innovation.

Navigating Industry Challenges Together

As we confront significant challenges in the water industry, including a 31% wholesale price increase
this year, with a further 20% rise projected – it’s important to acknowledge the pressure these
changes place on us, both professionally and personally.
These are undeniably tough times, but I have full confidence in our team’s resilience, innovation, and
focus. In every challenge lies opportunity, and our ongoing projects, especially the SaaS and Share of
Saving initiatives are positioning us to turn today’s pressures into tomorrow’s long-term value and
sustainability advantages for our clients.
We’ve also invested heavily in our technology platforms, including the successful launch of the
AquaManager Portal and our tailored Customer Relationship & Management System (CRMS) which
are already enhancing operations and deepening client engagement.
I’m also proud to announce that ConservAqua has achieved ISO certification in Environmental and
Sustainability standards. This accomplishment reflects not only our commitment to responsible
business practices but also the hard work and dedication of the team. I want to personally thank
everyone involved in achieving this recognition.

End-of-Year Reflections and Looking Ahead

As we close another successful year, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you.
Your hard work, resilience, and unwavering commitment have driven remarkable growth – from
securing new business partnerships and opening our Midlands office, to preparing for a third location
in Scotland. We’ve also welcomed more customers while continuing to deliver the high standard of
service that defines us.
Maintaining outstanding service while scaling is no small feat. Yet this year, 98% of contracts up for
renewal were extended – some now reaching five, seven, and even ten-year agreements. That level
of client loyalty is a direct reflection of the passion and care you bring to your roles every day.
I’m genuinely excited about the journey ahead and I’ve set our sights on a £30 million turnover
target by the end of 2025. I believe 2025 will bring even greater opportunities, and I know that, with
this incredible team, we will rise to meet them. Let’s keep moving forward with the same energy,
passion, and spirit!
